Senior Vice President, Director - Retail Channel Services
Matthew Wind serves as SVP and Director of Comerica Bank’s Retail Channel Services division. He has held this position since August 2019. In this capacity, he leads the development, management, and integration of the banking center distribution, ATM network, and digital banking channels. This would include all strategy decisions for frontline banking center processes and technologies that improve efficiency, supports sales and service activities, manages risk and creates great customer experiences. He manages the ATM network and expansion of other self-service and assisted service channels for growth and profitability. His responsibilities also include the management of the web and mobile banking platforms for the Bank.
Wind has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry and has held various leadership roles within Comerica Bank since joining the company in May 1996. Most recently he served as the Director of Retail Product Management from August 2016 until July 2019 which included the strategy, management and pricing decisions related to consumer and small business deposit, loan, card and digital banking portfolios.
Wind has been on CBA’s Deposits and Payments Committee since 2010, serving as chairman from 2014 through 2016.
